At Floafers, we want you to love your footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your return is initiated within this period to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place your unworn Floafers back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
